Parameter-dialogue for shaft dimensions

All here put in shaft-qualities are represented in the result-protocol of the test on side
2 and 3. This is applicable to all shaft and separator-tests. At tests of DIN 1999-100
and DIN 4040-100 is generated a measurement-table additionally on side 4 of the
test-protocol by 30 measurements.

On the basis of the input water-level, the moistened surface of the shaft, the filling-
volume and the surface are calculated automatically in level-height.
