If you have attempted to transfer
a call which has returned
a call and it has reverted to you,

speak to the incoming caller,

RE-ESTABLISH
to re-try the
same extension number

2 Key a new extension number

Proceed as for normal call

To join a call

To leave the conversation, clear

To store a held call

STORE
