Place the starter boards (No’s. 6, 7, 8,
9, 13 & 14) on to assembled base
frame along the longest sides.
*Ensure the notches at either end of
each board are flush and level with
the ends of the frame.
Fix each of the starter boards to the
frame by screwing through the notch
into the frame as shown in the
illustration.

Step 5: Base Fix
Once all four bases are assembled,
fix together using 100mm screws
ensuring to stagger so as not to
collide.
*Make sure the bases are flush
and level at the back.

Lay both of the halves for base 2
side by side and fix using
4x70mm screws as shown in the
diagram.
