Pre Assembly
Remove the transportation blocks
from the bottom of each panel
before beginning the assembly.
Step 1
Parts needed - No. 4 QTY 1
Place the floor onto a firm and
level base. Ensure the base has
suitable drainage & is free from
areas where standing water can
collect.

Place the Door Gable
(No. 1)
on the floor.
Place the plastic window cill (No. 23) onto
the external lip of the window panel.
Lay the styrene
(No. 24)
on top of both
openings so that it overlaps the surrond-
ing framing equally on both sides as per
the diagram.

Attach the window strips
(No. 14 & 15)
using 30mm screws as per the diagram.
Ensure the framing does not protude the
width of the window frame.
Ensure you screw into the window strips
to the side of where the styrene meets
the window frame.

Attach the doors
(No. 6 & 7)
to the door gable with 3x butt
hinges
(No. 17)
per door using 36x25mm
screws.
Ensure to screw the hinges
(No. 17)
into the Door Gable
(No. 1)
framing.
**DO NOT SCREW INTO THE
WINDOW STRIPS.**
