NOTE. It is important to always keep the feed dog clean in order for the machine to work properly. If you
use the machine frequently, it should be cleaned every two or three months.
Oil the machine
You should oil the sewing machine every two or three months to keep it in good condition. Only use high
quality sewing machine oil. Do not apply more than 1 or 2 drops at the points that are to be oiled to
ensure that oil does not splash onto the fabric. If the machine is not working well after not having been
used for an extended period, you can apply a few drops of oil before using it. The machine will then work
perfectly again.
Oil the parts under the front casing
1.
Remove the screw cover (1), undo the screw (2) with a screwdriver and remove the front
casing (3).

Clean the machine at the points indicated with the arrows in the illustration above.
3.
Apply 1–2 drops of high quality sewing machine oil at the points indicated with the arrows.
4.
Secure the front casing, tighten the screw and replace the screw cover.
Oil the gripper
Open the gripper flap (4) and oil the gripper according to the arrow in the diagram.
