3 Operation
3.1 To use the product
1
Put the product onto 1 side of a water container. Use
the clip on the product. Make sure that the control
panel is visible.
Note! The water container must be intended for cooking
and be at least 11 cm high.

Fill the water container with water until the water
level is in between the minimum and maximum
markings on the product.
Warning! Do not fill water up to the maximum mark-
ing. The water level will rise when you put the food items in
the water.

Connect the power plug to a power outlet. All status
lights come on for 1 second and a long sound is
given. The power switch symbol (I>) stays on.

Press the power switch symbol (I>) to activate the
temperature adjustment mode. The standard
temperature (50.0) flashes.

Press the buttons for temperature/time adjustment
(+) and (-) to adjust the target temperature. The
temperature range of the product is 0–95°C
(32–203°F).
Note! Press and hold the buttons for temperature/time
adjustment (+) and (-) to adjust the temperature faster.
Note! Press the temperature/time button (_) to switch
between °C and °F.

Press the temperature/time button (_) to activate the
time adjustment mode. The standard time (3:00)
flashes.

Press the buttons for temperature/time adjustment
(+) and (-) to adjust the cooking time. The maximum
cooking time is 99 hours and 59 minutes (99:59).
Note! Press and hold the buttons for temperature/time
adjustment (+) and (-) to adjust the cooking time faster.

Press the power switch symbol (I>). The product
starts to warm the water to the target temperature.
Warning!
Risk of burn injury. The bottom part of the
product becomes hot when the product is in operation. Do
not touch hot parts.
Note! The display on the control panel shows current tem-
perature of the water. Press the temperature/time button (_)
to show the target temperature and cooking time.
Note! If it is necessary to put the product in standby mode
when it is in operation, press the power switch symbol (I>)
for 2 seconds.

Wait until the water is at the target temperature. A
sound is heard when the water is at the target
temperature and the cooking time begins to count
down automatically.

Put the food items in the water. When the cooking
time has reached 0 (0:00), 3 long sounds are given
and the product goes into standby mode.
Warning! The water is hot. Do not touch the water
with your hands.
Warning! Do not put food items directly in the water.
Use approved bags that are intended for cooking.

Remove the food items from the water.
Warning! The water is hot. Do not touch the water
with your hands.

Disconnect the power plug from the power outlet and
let the product become cool before you clean it and
put it away.
4 Maintenance
4.1 To clean the product
● Clean the product with a damp cloth after operation.
Warning! Let the product become cool before you
clean it.
● Wipe the product with a clean and dry cloth until the
product is dry.
4.2 To remove grease and scraps
