4. Boil up the water and allow to stand for
about 30 seconds.
5. Slowly pour the water into the pot. The
water should completely cover the tea
leaves. Do not fill to more than 2.5 cm
below the rim of the pot.
6. Pull up the plunger handle as far as it goes
and put the plunger in the pot.
7. Allow the tea to brew to required strength.
8. Press down the plunger slowly with a gentle
pressure. The tea leaves are pushed down
to the bottom of the pot and the beverage
over the filter is ready to serve.
MAINTENANCE
• The coffee press can be washed by hand.
• Unscrew the filter and clean the plunger
unit after use.
• Never use solvents, or strong or abrasive
detergents.
