mSATA Slot
In addition to the four Gigabit Ethernet links, the GM3 also provides an onboard
mSATA J3 connector for connecting a solid state drive. This allows the possibility
of providing mass storage to the host CPU.
The GM3 is shipped without an mSATA disk installed.

2.4.1
Installing an mSATA disk
To install an mSATA disk, please follow the instructions below:
Power down your system and remove the host CPU from the system, and then
the GM3 from the CPU.
Put the GM3 on a flat surface.
Insert the mSATA disk carefully at a 30° angle.
Make sure that all the contacts are aligned properly and the card is firmly connected
with the card connector, secure using the supplied screws.
