Thermal Considerations

The Ethernet controller of the GM3 has to be connected to the heat sink of the CPU
board. Please ensure that the installation instructions in the user manual of the CPU
board are followed carefully.

Please note that if you do not follow the instructions, warranty on functionality and
reliability of the GM3 may cease. If you have any questions or problems regarding
thermal behavior, please contact MEN.
