Problem
Poor picture.
Black box is in the middle
of the screen.
TV automatically turns off.
Possible Solution
For best image quality, view HD widescreen programs
where possible. If HD content is not available view in
Standard Definition from a digital source. Standard,
analog TV will always be noticeably inferior to HD
because your TV has video that is many times better
than old TV’s, so now you can see interference and
deficiencies you did not know you had.
Closed Captioning is turned on and set to TEXT1-TEXT4.
Set to one of the CC options or turn off.
Sleep Timer is set (see page 29).
If no signal is received for ten minutes, this TV will
automatically turn off.
