Before first use
Safety notes
Remove batteries from the candles and the remote control when
they are flat or if you are not using the item for an extended period
of time. In this way you avoid damages caused by leaking batteries.
Remove leaking batteries from the item immediately. Clean the
contacts before you insert a new battery.
The batteries must not be charged or reactivated via another
means, must not be taken apart, thrown into fire, submerged in
water or short-circuited.
Handling the item correctly
Only use the item in closed areas.
Do not expose the item to extreme temperatures, severe temperature
fluctuations, direct sunlight or damp.
Keep sufficient distance from sources of heat e.g. stoves, ovens or
fireplaces.
Do not drop the item and do not subject it to extreme shocks.
Ensure that the item does not get wet and cannot fall into water.
Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the
item. Dust the item with a soft, dry cloth. Heavier dirt can be
wiped off with a slightly damp cloth.
Keep the item in its original packaging out of the reach of children
and animals in a dry, clean place protected from direct sunlight.
If the item is defective, do not attempt to repair it yourself. If it is
damaged contact customer services.
To turn the candles on and off, only use a remote control recom-
mended by the manufacturer.
