The

position

the
blue

colored
wires
clearly.
When
a
Ethernet
switch
is
in
use,
a
cross
over
cable
may
not
be
necessary,
as
the
switch
may
control
and
correct
position
of
the
signals
by
auto
MDI
/
auto
sense
function.
