6. Application examples
The MTC wizard Settings can help users set some parameters. However, the function that needs to
make logical judgment needs to be realized through programming on the basis of completing the
corresponding parameter setting. This chapter introduces the MTC parameter configuration through the
MTC wizard setting and programming method respectively.
6.1 Feature changes
Example: MTC station number is 2, the first channel is connected to K thermocouple output temperature
Celsius. Set as 3 in BFM#901, the second channel is connected to the J thermocouple to output the
Fahrenheit temperature. Set as 9 in BFM#902, the third channel is connected with PT100 thermal
resistance to output the temperature of Celsius. Set as 27 in BFM#903, the fourth channel is connected
to the Cu50 thermal resistance to output Fahrenheit temperature. Set as 37 in BFM#904; The correction
of 5 ° c (41 ° f) higher in the 5.1 characteristic setting was achieved.
1. Refer to 3.2.2 to set up the communication port of the main module to ensure that the PLC has been
configured into the MCbus protocol, and open the MTC wizard Settings.
