SERVICE

18.1 CLEANING INTERVAL

For unprinted paper, a cleaning of the printhead, platens and sensors every 100,000 - 200,000 tickets is recommended.
With preprinted paper, this may vary due to the type of preprint.

18.2 WARRANTY

12 months from the delivery date
Any damage resulting from using the printer at out-of-specification temperatures are not covered by the warranty.
Thermal printheads are not covered by the warranty, if damage was caused by operation.

18.3 SPAREPARTS AVAILABILITY

Depending on the availability of the printer parts. If a part used in the printer is discontinued, the GeBE customer will be
informed and asked for one final purchase or GeBE offers a redesign, if required.
