6. Main menu
Select the desired sound mode:
• Standard (default sound setting)
• Movie (sound is concentrated on voices)
• Music (sound is focused on music)
• User (bass and treble can be adjusted as
required)
Select whether you use the digital audio output for e.g. a surround system:
• Auto (automatically detects the connection of an external surround system)
• PCM (sends an encoded audio signal to the external surround system)
• off (disables the digital audio output. The sound is played through the TV
speakers)
Select the desired balance between the left (-) and right (+)
speakers. By default the value should be at „0“.
AVL (Automatic Volume Limiting) ensures a consistent volume when you switch from one TV pro-
gram to another. Select „ON“ or „OFF“.
This option is for visually impaired people. When activated, scenes without sound are described by
a speaker (depending on the respective station or broadcast). At the „Mixing level“ you can adjust
the volume of the speaker accordingly.
