Adjusting the splitting wedge
The splitting wedge is designed to take tension in the workpiece so that it does not jam around the blade.
It is therefore important that the splitting wedge G is properly adjusted and fitted.
Adjust the splitting wedge as follows:
1.
Remove the table insert as in the previous description.
2.
Loosen the screws H and set the splitting wedge 3-5 mm from the saw blade.
3.
Fit the parts in the reverse order.
