OPERATION
Applications
The product is used to measure the moisture content in sawn and split timber, paper and pasteboard, and
in building materials such as plaster, mortar and cement etc. The product is not intended for commercial
or industrial use.
Changing the batteries
1.
Undo the screw and open the battery compartment.
2.
Replace the batteries. Insert the batteries with the correct polarity.
3.
Replace the battery compartment cover.
Testing the batteries
1.
Remove the cap.
2.
Press the measuring button to start the moisture meter.
3.
Place the pins against the contact strips on the cap.
4.
The battery has a sufficient charge if the reading flashes.
Function check
1.
Remove the cap.
2.
Press the measuring button to start the moisture meter.
3.
Place the pins against the contact strips on the cap.
4.
The product scale is ready to be used if the reading on the scale is 19% (± 1%).
