electrically insulated. In the event of contact
with a live wire,

become live and the user receives a shock
which can, at worst, be fatal.

Avoid body contact with earthed surfaces

s pipes, radiators, cookers and
refrigerators. There is an increased risk of
electric shock if your body is earthed.
