Note! Always use hearing protection!
The declared vibration value, which has been measured by a standardised test method, can be used to
compare different tools with each other and for a preliminary assessment of exposure.
Warning!
The actual vibration level when using power tools may differ from the specified maximum value,
depending on how the tool is used. It is therefore necessary to determine which safety precautions are
required to protect the user, based on an estimate of exposure in actual operating conditions (taking into
account all stages of the work cycle, e.g. the time when the tool is switched off and when it is idling, in
addition to the start-up time).
USE
Adjusting the cutting gap
The horizontal distance between the cutting edges
must be 20
–40% of the material thickness. For
example, if the material thickness is 1 mm, the
horizontal distance must be 0.2 mm.
IMPORTANT:
Always turn off the tool and unplug the power cord
before fitting, removing or adjusting the cutting edges.
The horizontal distance between the cutting edges
must be adapted to the material thickness.
Adjusting the blades
Undo the hex head screw and the locking screw with
the enclosed screwdriver, and position a suitable feeler
gauge so that it is in contact with both cutting edges.
Tighten the locking screw and the hex head screw.
