TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible cause Proposed action
The product does not
work.
No power supply.
Check the power cord, plug, power
point and fuse.
The float switch does not
activate the product.
Check that the water level is
sufficient.
Check that the float switch can move
freely.
The float switch is defective. Contact the retailer.
The motor overheats because
• the temperature of the
water is too hot.
• the product is blocked.
Eliminate the cause of overheating.
The maximum temperature of the
water is indicated in the technical
data.
The residual current device has
tripped.
Reset the residual current device.
Contact an authorised electrician if
the residual current device continues
to trip.
Defective motor. Contact the retailer.
The product runs, but
delivers no water.
The intake opening is blocked. Clear.
The product sucks air.
Tilt the product when it is submersed
in the water. Switch the product on
and off several times to remove the air.
The product is blocked. Clear the product.
Reduced flow.
Excessive lifting height.
Do not exceed the maximum lifting
height.
Pressure tube diameter too small. Use a larger pressure tube.
The pressure tube blocked. Clear.
The intake opening is blocked. Clear the intake opening.
The pressure tube is bent. Straighten out the pressure tube.
Leak in the pressure tube.

connections.
