REPLACING THE SNOW SCREW
WARNING!
Switch off the snow shovel and pull out the
plug before starting.
1. Undo the five screws holding the right side
panel and remove the panel.

2. Secure the snow screw and remove the
nut.

3. Undo the five screws holding the left side
panel and remove the panel.

4. Lift off the belt from the drive plate.

5. Remove the screws and bushings from the
drive plate.

6. Remove the rotor shaft.

7. Remove the old snow screw from the
housing.

8. Fit the new snow screw by repeating these
steps in the reverse order.

REPLACING THE BELT
WARNING!
Switch off the snow shovel and pull out the
plug before starting.
1. Undo the five screws holding the right side
panel and remove the panel.

2. Undo the five screws holding the left side
panel and remove the panel.

3. Remove the screws holding the rotor
housing together and release the top part
of the casing from the bottom part.

4. Remove the four screws and two nuts
from the motor bracket.

5. Remove the motor bracket from the rotor
housing.

6. Remove the old belt from the rotor
housing by slowly turning the rotor and
lifting the belt at the same time.

7. Fit a new belt, replace the motor bracket
and screw tight.
8. Fit the top and bottom panels and tighten
all the screws.
9. Replace the left side panel and tighten the
five screws.
10. Replace the right side panel and tighten
the five screws.

1. Turn the snow shovel upside down. Undo
