− To clean, do not use solvents, corrosive or aerosol detergents.
Furniture is often coated with diverse varnishes or plastics and treated with
very different care products. Some of these substances contain components
which may cause adverse reactions with the feet on the speaker.
− If necessary, use a non-slip underlay to prevent this problem.
Troubleshooting
If the device malfunctions, first check if you can eliminate the error yourself
with the help of the following overview.
Never try to repair the devices yourself. Contact our Service Centre or other
qualified personnel if a repair is necessary.
Cause Troubleshooting
Incorrect cabling or
connections − Check all cable connections for damage or
correct wiring and/or an existing Bluetooth™
connection.
− Ensure that all connected devices are
connected to suitable power sources.
No sound Check the volume on the output device. Increase
the volume if necessary.
Distorted sound − Change the position of the soundbar to pre-
vent interference from external sources.
− Clear the area around the device of any
potential sources of interference (mobile
phones, etc.).
