Reverse polarity protection
The charger is protected against incorrect startup. In the event of a faulty power
connection, if the voltage falls below 7.5 V while using 12 V batteries or if the voltage falls
below 3.7 V while using 6 V batteries, the charger remains in standby mode.
• In the event that the polarity of the clamps is reversed (incorrectly connected),
is displayed.
• If the clamps are not correctly connected and the electric circuit is not closed, the
display shows .
• If the battery itself is defective, lights up in the display.
You cannot operate the charger.
