Playing back messages on the base station
 To play back messages, press the Play/Pause button on
the base station.
The recorded messages will now be played back.

To end playback, press the Play/Pause button again.
Playback is now ended.

To skip a message, press the jump key “
Next
”.

To play back a message again or to play back the
previous message, press the “
Previous
” key.

To change the volume during playback, press the
“
VOL+
” or “
VOL-
” key on the base station.
Playing back messages from the handset

In the “
Answering Machine
” menu, select “
Save
Message.
” and confirm with “
Select
”.
The messages stored on the answering machine will now be played back.
If the handset display shows “
Not available
”, then the answering machine is
being used by another person.

To skip a message, press the number 6 on the keypad.

To jump to the start of the current message, press the number 4 on the
keypad.

To play back the previous message, press the number 4 on the keypad
twice in rapid succession.

 To end the playback, press the call key.
