13. Resetting the device in case of malfunction
13.1. Resetting the device to factory settings

Switch the Wi-Fi speaker on.

Start the MEDION SPEAKER app.

Open the device list by swiping your finger from right to left on the main screen of the
app.

Now tap on the setting ( ) for the desired Wi-Fi speaker.

Now tap on SPEAKER INFO .

Now tap on RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS .

Now tap on PLEASE CONFIRM.
14. Alexa functions
Alexa is a voice assistant that provides you with information, news, weather and more
acoustically on request.

Launch Alexa in Wi-Fi mode by saying “ ALEXA ”.
The LED ring lights up blue and Alexa is activated.

Press the button to activate Alexa without “speaking”.

Press the button to switch the Alexa microphone to “Mute”.
