Format
Here you can re-format the memory:
•
When a memory card is inserted, the card will be formatted;
•
When no memory card is inserted, the internal memory is formatted.
CAUTION!
If you format the memory all the data stored there will be deleted.
Make sure that no important data are in the memory or on the card.

. On the display, a security query is shown.

To abort the formatting, select

. The menu will close and data are saved.

To delete the date, select

and press
OK
. The menu will close and the memory will be formatted.
TV
You can set the camera to various TV systems.

PAL (50 Hz)
and
NTSC (60 Hz).

To save the settings, press

Language
You can use this setting to specify the on-screen menu language.

Select the desired setting with the
LEFT/RIGHT
direction button.

You can use this function to restore the camcorder’s factory settings.
