Using the device for the first time
A setup wizard appears when you start up the device for the first time.

Select the
START SETTING
entry and press the
ENTER
button to start the setup.
1. Menu language

Set the menu language as described on page 33 and then select the “
NEXT
” entry.
2. Date & time settings

Set the time and date as described on page 33 and the select the “
NEXT
” entry.
3. DVB settings

Set the country in which the media player receives the DVB signals – as described
on page 34. You can also set the channel numbering and the parental control here.
Then select the “
NEXT
” entry.
4. Network controls settings

Set the network configuration here – as described on page 35 – if you wish to con-
nect a network cable. Then select the “
NEXT
” entry.
5. Display settings

Set the screen edge adjustment and format here – as described on page 36

Then confirm with the
FINISH
entry. The initial startup is now completed.
