1.2. Proper use
This device is used to receive and play back radio stations and to play back audio
files from CDs or USB sources. This device is for private use only and may not be
used for commercial purposes.
2. Safety information
2.1. Keep electrical equipment out of reach of
children
• This product is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with limited physical, sensory or intellectual abili-
ties or by those lacking experience and/or knowledge unless
they are supervised by someone responsible for their safe-
ty or have received instructions from you on how the device
should be used.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play
with this device.
DANGER!
Keep plastic packaging out of the reach of children. There
is a risk of suffocation.
• If swallowed, batteries may endanger life. For this reason,
keep the batteries out of reach of children. If a battery is swal-
lowed, please obtain immediate medical assistance.
2.2. Setting up the device safely
• This device is intended for private use only. Only use the de-
vice in residential rooms or similar rooms.
• Set up and operate all the components on a stable, level and
vibration-free surface to prevent the product from falling.
Make sure that:
• the device is not exposed to direct sources of heat (e.g. hea-
ters);
• the device is not placed in direct sunlight;
