Videotext
Videotext is a free service that is broadcast by most stations and features news and
weather as well as current information on TV programmes, share prices, subtitles and
other topics.
Using the videotext
Your remote control has special buttons for operating videotext.

Select a TV channel that broadcasts videotext.

Press
TEXT
once to display the start/index page.

Press
TEXT
again to make the text transparent (the TV image can be seen in the
background).

Press
TEXT
again to switch back to TV mode.
Selecting pages

Use the numeric buttons to enter the three-digit number of the required videotext
page.
The selected page number is displayed in the top left corner of the screen. The
videotext counter searches as long as it takes to find the selected page number.

Use the direction buttons  to scroll forwards or backwards through the
videotext pages.
Colour buttons
If colour text entries are displayed at the lower edge of the screen, you can select the
contents directly by pressing the corresponding colour button RED [
PROG
], GREEN
[
INTRO
], YELLOW [
REPEAT
] and BLUE [
A-B
].
SUBPAGE
Some videotext pages have subpages. The lower edge of the screen may contain
something like
1/3
, for example. The subpages are displayed in succession at roughly
half-minute intervals. You can access these subpages by pressing the
SUBPAGE
button. You can also scroll through the subpages using the direction buttons

