− Outer surfaces should be cleaned with a damp cloth. In order to prevent damage
to the operating parts inside the microwave, do not allow water to enter the air
vents.
− Clean components of the door, viewing window and the closing mechanism

carefully with a mild soap solution. Take particular care not to damage these
parts.
− Do not use a steam cleaner. It could damage the surfaces.
− Make sure the control panel does not get wet. Clean it with a soft, damp cloth.
Leave the door of the microwave open when you clean the control panel in order
to prevent the appliance from being turned on by mistake.
− If the appliance is operated in a very humid environment, condensation can
occur on the outer surfaces. If condensation collects on the inside or outside
surfaces, wipe it off with a soft cloth.
− The turntable

must be taken out from time to time in order to clean it. Wash
the turntable in warm water and a mild soap solution or in the dishwasher.
− Afterwards, dry the turntable thoroughly with a soft cloth.
− Wash the grilling rack

stubborn soiling for a while.
− Wipe the cooking compartment out with a damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent.
− Lingering odours in the microwave can be eliminated by placing a cup of water
with the juice and rind of a lemon into a tall, microwave-safe container and
heating it for 5 minutes in the microwave. Wipe out thoroughly and wipe dry with
a soft cloth.
− If the light

in the microwave needs to be replaced, contact a suitably
qualifi ed workshop or Customer Service.
Storage
When the cooking cycle has fi nished and the display shows the time

, open the
door and take the cooked food out. The appliance will switch to standby at the end of
the cooking cycle.
− If you do not plan to use the microwave for a long period of time, switch off the
power point and unplug the appliance. Store the microwave in a dry, dust-free
location.
