MEDEL MYO-FIT 4 has four channels and eight electrodes, which mean
you can stimulate four muscle groups at the same time with plenty of preset
programs. The most innovative features is this muscle stimulation devices
that gives you the option of running one program on channels A & B and
another program on channels C & D. This is termed “2+2” and permits si-
multaneous stimulation of different body parts with different programs. For
example, you can use a recovery program on a thigh muscle after training
while stimulating your neck muscles with a muscle relaxing program. This
saves you time and gives more flexibility.
