The transmission (or Baud) rate can now be set.
Use the
UP
or
DOWN
key to position the arrow cursor
at the relevant speed (9600, 19200, 57600 or 115200).

Additional characters can be appended to the
transmitted load (RS232 only). These can be set to NULL
(nothing), CR (carriage return), LF (line feed) or CR LF.
Use the

If required, a LINE DELAY, to be executed after each
reading is sent, can now be set.
Use the

key to set this value from 0 to 5
seconds in one-second intervals.

For use with continuous readings only, a % threshold for
the start of transmission can now be set.
Use the
UP
or
DOWN
key to set this value from 0% to
100%.

to select.
Method of transmission, RS232, DIGIMATIC or DUAL
(both), can now be set.
Use the
UP
or
DOWN
key to position the arrow cursor
at the desired setting.
Press
ENTER
to select.
The display will return to the COMMS sub-menu 1.
To set STORE MEM, move the arrow cursor against it in
COMMS sub-menu 1 and press the
ENTER
key.
This will cause a memory counter to appear in the main
display, that is incremented each time a reading is
stored, by pressing the
TXD
key.
Note: The CYCLE counter and memory counter cannot
appear on the main display simultaneously. If both
are selected, the cycle counter is displayed. When
pressing
TXD
to store a reading, the memory counter is
displayed momentarily to show the number of readings
stored.
You will now return to COMMS sub-menu 1.
