I need cleaner air because I
have an allergy.
You can change the air quality sensor
sensitivity (see chapter “using the
appliance”) to make the air cleaner
clean the air even better.
The appliance is extra loud
You haven’t removed all packing
material from the filters. Make sure
that you have removed all packing
material.
The appliance still indicates
that I need to replace a filter,
but I already did.
Perhaps you did not press the filter
reset button properly. Plug the
appliance and press the reset button
on the controller for 2 seconds or the
reset button at the air inlet of the air
quality sensor for 2 seconds. When
the buzzer sounds one time, the using
time of the filter has been cleared and
restarted. The light of the air quality is
on indicating that the reset is
successful.
