11. Technical description

Problem
1. Wheels off the ground - Please put Maya V2 back to the ground and
press its button again.
2. Dust box not installed The dust box is removed or not
installed
Return the dust box to the Robot and
press the cleaning key again.
3. Battery failure Abnormal battery charging Contact our Support Center.
4. Please check if the wheel is stuck Wheel jammed
Check whether the wheel is entangled
with any objects and remove if any are.
6. Robot connection failed Maya V2 has failed to connect
Check if Maya V2 is connected to the
Wi-Fi.
7. The battery is low, please charge
the machine
Battery power less than 20 % Maya V2 aitomatically enters into
recharging mode.
8. Please check whether the side
brush is tangled or jammed
Abnormal edge brushing Please check and remove any objects that
may be stuck in the side brush.
9. Please move Maya V2 to an open
area.
Maya V2 is unable to proceed further
because it's being prevented by an
object.
Please move Maya V2 to an empty area and
press the cleaning button again.
5. Please check if the front collision
is stuck
Front impact bracket stuck Check whether the front collision can
rebound normally.
