INTRODUCTION
With 570GT, McLaren Sports Series broadens its appeal
bringing together all the dynamic hallmarks of a McLaren
but now with a greater emphasis on luxury and comfort.
Proving as adept on the back road as the cross continent
trip, 570GT opens up new possibilities and versatility to the
McLaren range. A side opening, carbon fibre framed glass
hatch allows access to a beautifully trimmed Touring Deck
which accommodates and additional 220L bringing the total
capacity of 570GT north of 350L.
One of the signature features of 570GT is the standard full
solar reflective Panoramic roof allowing an amount of light
into the cabin only paralleled by a cabriolet or spider. This
Panoramic roof along with the new 570GT fast-back
silhouette and unique multi-spoke wheels, provide a distinct
appearance to the 570GT, marking it out within the Sports
Series family.
Inside there is a raft of luxury orientated standard features
befitting of 570GT’s position at the head of the Sports
Series range.
The McLaren Sport Series 570GT features the 570 PS
version of the 3.8-litre found in the 570S Coupé. This 600
Nm powertrain is coupled to the dual clutch 7-speed
seamless shift gearbox and provides effortless cruising or
maximum exhilaration dependant on Powertrain mode
selected.
The same dynamic balance found in Sports Series Coupé
models is evident but now greater emphasis on cabin
refinement has seen a unique damper calibration from
570GT utilised.
A suite of new optional content is available for the
McLaren Sports Series. The interior trim choices provide a
wide range of personalisation opportunities, including
Carbon fibre components that reduce weight and create a
sporty ambience, while a raft of technology based options
improve day to day usability. Additionally, a luxury
direction can be achieved with options such as the Bowers
and Wilkinson audio system and the ‘By McLaren’ designer
range of interiors. All combined, the vast array of options
allow for a car to be tailored to the customer’s individual
needs and wants.
