The unit has two RS-232 asynchronous serial communication ports with software selectable speed from
1.2Kbps to 115.2Kbps, these ports are available over DB-9 female connectors. PORT 2 is used primarily
for connecting a terminal computer or as a general purpose port and SP-8 is general purpose port.
