History displays a record of
SOS calls (Time & Location
Report), Call Record (Time
& Location Report) and
Non-Activity Record.
NOTE:
Fall Detection is
not available on the SOS
Mobile Watch SMW14.
To view either SOS Call,
Call Record or Non-Activity
Record then Tap on heading
to view each report or swipe
heading from right to left to
view Geofence heading.
Tap on Reminder button to set ‘Medication’ and ‘Clinical
Appointments’ for the wearer.
to Set medication reminders
STEP 1:
Tap on first slot available and click on days
you would like the Medication reminders to be set.
STEP 2:
Select the hour, minutes and AM/PM for
alarm reminder.
STEP 3: Tap on the Save Button (white square disk
at the top right hand side of the screen) to save the
reminder.
to set Clinical appointment
STEP 1:
Tap on first available appointment and the
screen on the right will display
STEP 2:
Select day, month and time (hour:minute, AM/
PM) and then Tap on the Save button (white square
disc at the top right hand corner of the page).
Tap on Direct Call button to
call the watch. Your smart
phone will automatically
dial the watch.
NOTE:
Any incoming calls
to the SOS Mobile Watch
do not affect the SIM card
data plan (applicable to
customers on the Outright
or Monthly Plan).
