WiFi frequency Setup
Carer can setup how often the watch and mobile
app are synchronised with WiFi location data;
Tap on time and day to select frequency.
To confirm setup tap on Save Button (white
square disc) to save.
Synch Time Setup
Save settings by tapping on Save button on top right
hand side of App screen (white square disk).
For iOS (iPhone) users you will also be prompted with
an additional save button for confirmation.
Synch Time Setup
Carer can setup how often the watch and mobile
app are synchronised with location data and any
updates made to the mobile app (reminders,
changes to SOS contacts etc.).
NOTE:
The Default setting on watch is every 1
hour for synchronisation (this is to ensure you
do not go over your allocated 10MB of data per
month (relevant for Outright & Monthly Plans)
GPS frequency Setup
Carer can setup how often the watch and mobile
app are synchronised with GPS location data;
Tap on time and day to select frequency.
To confirm setup tap on Save Button (white
square disc) to save.
NOTE: Carers can only select one option at a time. Either WiFi or GPS Tracking, you cannot have both.
