aCCess Carer’s Web portal cont
The Carer’s/User’s Name will be
displayed on Web Portal Dashboard.
To enter Wearer details and Watch
details you need to click on Manage
User Accounts.
Carer Adds New Member by firstly
entering details of the Watch/
device provided. Each SOS Mobile
Watch (SMW14) has a Unique
Device Number called an IMEI.
Press Add New Member Button.
Carer Adds IMEI Number of Watch
and Password.
These details are provided by
mCareWatch and will be sent to you
in your Purchase and Confirmation
Letter.
Press the Save Button to enter
Watch details.
A message will appear on the
screen that Watch Details were
successfully entered.
NOTE:
This in most cases will be
setup for customers who have
purchased the outright and monthly
service. Therefore this section will
already be pre-programmed.
