3.6 Walkthrough Guide

Deploying the Agent and Products

Configuring the deployment task to install products on client systems

In the

ePolicy Orchestrator Scheduler

dialog box, select the

Schedule

tab.

Deselect

Inherit

to enable scheduling options.

Schedule as desired.

Click

to save your changes.

In the task list on the

Tasks

tab of the details pane, the

Enabled

status for the deployment

task is set to

True

Once configured, the agents receive the deployment instruction when they call into the
ePolicy Orchestrator server.
