2. Use a lifting tool (crane or forklift)
connecting the appropriate gear to
these straps, while slowly tensioning
the ropes/straps.
3. The machine may be equipped
with an optional hook (eyebolt) for
lifting as shown in fig. 3.4. In this
case the lifting is done by being
anchored to this element in the
only single central point as shown
in Figure 3.4.
4. The lifting gear must be approved for
lifting, without imbalance, a load with
a capacity exceeding the total weight
of the machine.
5. Lift the machine as close as possible
to the ground and avoid oblique
pulling.
6. Perform displacements and
maneuvers with the help of one
person on the ground responsible for
the signs that will have to remain
distant from the suspended load.

CAUTION
For lifting at more than one meter
from the ground remember to
remove the feather edge disc
before the lifting operation (PAR.
6.2.3) to avoid any danger to
persons or damage to property.
During the lifting and movement
the entire area involved in the
maneuvers
should be
accessible to authorized
persons only.
