FRAME POSITION

It is strictly forbidden to use the bicycle without having correctly fixed

all the parts and used the adjustments to assume a comfortable and safe

riding position.

6.2.4 Frame, handleabr and saddle position

Check that the saddle and handlebars are properly attached to the frame and positioned in the most comfortable config-
uration for the rider, for complete control of the bicycle. Otherwise, before departure, act on the systems for adjusting the
position of the saddle and handlebars. For more information on the regulation, please refer to section 2.6.
