WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY ON PART S
For the fir s t five year s from the date of purcha s e, when thi s commercial appliance i s in s talled, maintained and operated according to the
in s truction s attached to or furni s hed with the product, Maytag brand of Whirlpool Corporation (thereafter ìMaytag ” ) will pay for factory
s pecified part s or original e q uipment manufacturer part s to correct defect s in material s or wor k man s hip. Proof of original purcha s e date
i s re q uired to obtain s ervice under thi s warranty.
ITEM S MAYTA G WILL NOT PAY FOR
1. All other co s t s including labor, tran s portation, or cu s tom dutie s .
2. S ervice call s to correct the in s tallation of your commercial appliance, to in s truct you how to u s e your commercial appliance, to
replace or repair fu s e s , or to correct external wiring or plumbing.
3. Repair s when your commercial appliance i s u s ed for other than normal, commercial u s e.
4. Damage re s ulting from improper handling of product during delivery, theft, accident, alteration, mi s u s e, abu s e, fire, flood, act s of
G od, improper in s tallation, in s tallation not in accordance with local electrical or plumbing code s , or u s e of product s not approved
by Maytag.
5. Pic k up and Delivery. Thi s commercial appliance i s de s igned to be repaired on location.
6. Repair s to part s or s y s tem s re s ulting from unauthorized modification s made to the commercial appliance.
7. The removal and rein s tallation of your commercial appliance if it i s in s talled in an inacce ss ible location or i s not in s talled in
accordance with publi s hed in s tallation in s truction s .
8. Chemical damage i s excluded from all warranty coverage.
9. Change s to the building, room, or location needed in order to ma k e the commercial appliance operate correctly.
