Cleaning the Dust Container and
Filters
Please Note!
■
Do not wet-clean the HEPA fi lter!
■
Never assemble wet or damp com-
ponents or attach them to the motor
unit!
1. Empty the dust container ( 13 ) (see
above), then twist it anticlockwise until
it is released, and detach it from the
motor unit (
11 ).
2. Twist the metal fi lter ( 12 ) anticlockwise
until it is released, and detach it from
the motor unit.
3. The HEPA fi lter is located in the metal
fi lter. Pull it out.
4. Tap out all parts and clean them with
a soft brush if necessary.
5. Wipe out the dust container and met-
al fi lter with a damp cloth if necessary.
Let them dry completely in the air
before you reassemble them!
6. The device is assembled in the re-
verse order: Place the HEPA fi lter in
the metal fi lter. Twist it clockwise onto
the motor unit. Place the dust contain-
er on the motor unit and likewise twist
it clockwise to lock it in place.
 
The HEPA fi lter may lose some of
its colour over time. This is normal
and does not have any adverse
effect on function.
Storage
• Store the device in a cool, dry place
which is protected from direct sunlight
and is out of the reach of children and
animals.
• Place the nozzles on the nozzle hold-
ers ( 18, 19 ). ( Picture H )
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an elec-
trical device yourself!
The device does not start.
The battery is empty.

Charge up the battery.
Low suction force.
The battery is weak.

Charge up the battery.
The dust container is too full.
►
Empty the dust container.
The fi lters are dirty.
►
Clean the filters.
The suction opening is blocked.
►
Switch off the device and remove the
blockage.
The dirt particles are too large or too
heavy.
►
Switch off the device and remove dirt
particles by hand.
Dust escapes from the device during
cleaning.
The dust container or fi lters are not fi tted
correctly.
►
Correct the fi t of the dust container
and fi lters. Make sure that the dust
container is closed.
The fi lters are dirty.
►
Clean the fi lters.
The fi lters are worn or damaged.
►
Replace the filters.
