Important note:
• In the range of 600 Ω, close the
two instrument lines without any
resistance to be measured, read
the result from the display, and
then subtract the value from the
value displayed by the instrument
to be measured. (This is needed
because the instrument strings
also have resistance and you get
the most accurate value after the
above subtraction). Failure to
display the value for 10 seconds
is normal when the measured
resistance is greater than 1MΩ.
