When transport the machine, only carry the machine in transport posi
tion
. If not carried in transport
position parts f
rom the machine can be damaged.
- Unlock the transport
position,
firmly
grip the handle (1) and press the handle(1) a li
ttle
downwards, pull
out the transport locking knob (15) out. The handle (1) will now raise by spring force. There for always
guide the handle(1) when the lift

o high position.
- Lock in transport
position,
firmly
grip the handle (1) and press the handle(1) downwards
till
it maximum

ition,
push the transport locking knob (15) in , if the lock knob (15) not can be pushed in far enough
then release the handle (1) a li
ttle
in upwards dir
ection
while s
till
pushing the transport locking knob (15)

ked.
Depth limit

The depth limiter prevents the cut-o
ff
wheel from cont
acting
the workbench or
floo
r. When a new wheel is
installed or when the cu
tting wheel not
can cut trough the material , set the depth limiter as followed.
-Increase the depth limita
tion,
loosen the lock nut (17a) a so far that the depth limiter bold(17) can be set.
press the handle (1) downwards
till
the desired depth has been reached. Now turn out the depth limiter
bolt (17) till the
stop plate (17b) touch the limiter bolt (17). Now secure the lock nut (17a).
-decrease the depth limita
tion,
loosen the lock nut (17a) a so far that the depth limiter bold(17) can be set.
Turn in the depth limiter bolt a few rota
tions
and press the handle (1) downwards
till
the desired depth has
been reached. Now turn out the depth limiter bolt (17)
till
the stop plate (17b) touch the limiter bolt (17).
Now secure the lock nut (17a)
OPERATION
- Hold the handle (1)

full speed, if desired the switch can be locked by pressing the lock on bu

-Lowering the cu
tting wheel
gently into the cut by pressing at the handle (1)
-When the wheel contacts the workpiece, gradually bear down on the handle to perform the cut.
-When the cut is completed, switch o

the tool by release the switch on/o
ff

on (3) in case the lock on

on (3) without pressing the lock bu
tt
on (4)

WAIT UNTIL THE WHEEL HAS COME TO A COMPLETE STOP
before returning the handle to the fully
elevat
ed position.

Proper handle pressure during cu
tting
and maximum cu
tting
e
fficiency
can be determined by the amount
of sparks that is produced while cu
ttin
g. Your pressure on the handle should be adjusted to produce the
maximum amount of sparks. Do not force the cut by applying excessive pressure on the handle. Reduced

tting
e
fficienc
y, premature wheel wear, as well as, possible damage to the tool, cut-o
ff
wheel or
workpiece may result.
