Write Message to CMGW
Execution command stores message (either SMS-DELIVER or SMS-SUBMIT) to memory storage

. Memory location

of the stored message is returned. By default message status
will be set to 'stored unsent', but parameter

allows also other status values to be given.
The entering of text is done similarly as specified in command Send Message
+CMGS
. If writing
fails, final result code

NOTE:
SMS-COMMANDs and SMS-STATUS-REPORTs can not be stored in text mode.
