Insert straight fi tting (Kit item) in the oil
fi lter outlet and tighten

. Next,
thread the NPT end of the 45

elbow in
the reservoir

. Tighten elbow
in position horizontal to the fl oor of the
pump box
(FIG. 3-1)

Connect straight end of new hose
(Kit item) to 45
º
elbow

Then, connect the 90
º
end of the
hose to the straight fitting on the filter
outlet
(FIG. 3-2)

NOTE:
Keep both hose connectors
loose until the new hose is
routed and both ends are
connected. Ensure the hose
is not twisted, does not
have sharp turns, and does
not rub against the reservoir
or any other parts.

After hose is connected on
both ends and routed correctly,
tighten both hose connectors
securely

Remove fi ller cap. Refi ll reservoir
with oil from step 3. If oil is
contaminated, change the oil
according to the instructions in the
BMRA Maintenance Manual
. New
oil is not provided with this kit.

Reconnect battery power to the
hydraulic pumps by turning
ON
the
master disconnect switch at the pump
box. Refer to
BMRA Operation
Manual
for detailed instructions.
