SOMETHING WRONG?
Sometimes it depends on causes that can be easily removed with a simple check.

SOLUTION
The air purifier does not
turn on.
The unit is not connected to an
electrical socket.
The electrical socket is not working.
The power cable is damaged.
The connector underneath the
support base is not connected.
The filter was not fit properly.
The air purifier is defective or faulty.
The filter IS NOT compatible.
Connect the plug to a working electrical
socket.
Try to connect the air purifier to a different
socket.
Stop using it immediately and replace it.
Connect the connector.
Refit the filter in the correct position.
Stop using it immediately and contact the
Seller or the Support Centre.
Replace it with an original filter.
The air purifier makes
an unusual noise while
running.
You need to replace the air filter.
There is a foreign object inside the
unit.
Replace the air filter (see page 8).
Stop using it immediately and contact
the Seller or the Support Centre. DO
NOT try to open the air purifier.
The air flow is
significantly reduced.
You need to replace the air filter.
Fan speed low.
Replace the air filter (see page 8).
Increase the fan speed, by pressing button

Low purified air
quality.
Air intake blocked.
The filter is not correctly fit into the
housing.
The air filter is dirty and cannot
generate fresh air.
There is not enough space around
the air purifier.
Remove any object blocking the air intake
or exhaust.
Place the filter correctly (see page 8).
Replace the air filter.
Make sure there are at least 35 cm of
space on all the air purifier sides.
LED indicator is still on
after replacing the air
filter.
You put the old filter back in.
The reader does not read the code.
The filter is not compatible
Replace it with a new one.
Refit the filter in the correct position.
Replace it with an original filter
If, after performing these checks, the device still doesn’t work,
contact the Seller or the Support Centre.
