RECIPES FOR PANINI PRESS (cont.)
ROASTED STRAWBERRY, BRIE, AND CHOCOLATE GRILLED CHEESE
6 strawberries, quartered
1/2 teaspoon canola oil
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons butter
4 thick-cut slices of multigrain bread
2-3 ounces of brie cheese, sliced
1-2 ounces high-quality chocolate

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toss strawberries with oil and salt, then spread on a
baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.

Lightly spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread.
3.
On the non-buttered side of one slice of bread, layer ingredients in the following
order: cheese, chocolate and strawberries.
4.
Place the remaining slice of bread on top, butter side up, and place the sandwich on
the panini press. Cook for 2-3 minutes until desired brownness reached and the
cheese is melted.
SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE PANINI
8 slices crusty sandwich bread
Softened butter for spreading on the
bread
Cream cheese spread
1- 6.5 ounce jar artichoke hearts,
chopped
Savory garlic spread
12 ounces grilled chicken strips
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup baby spinach
1.
Evenly spread butter on the outside of two slices of bread. Arrange the buttered side
face-down.
2.
On one piece of bread, spread a thin layer of cream cheese.
3.
On the other slice of bread, spread a thin layer of savory garlic spread.
4.
On top of the garlic spread, add 3 ounces grilled chicken strips, chopped artichoke
hearts, 1/4 cup baby spinach, and 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese.
5.
Top with the second piece of bread with the cream cheese spread, buttered side
facing out.
6.
Repeat the process for the remaining three sandwiches.
7.
Place the sandwich on the panini press. Cook for several minutes until desired
brownness reached and the cheese is melted.
PESTO MEATBALL PANINI
6 Slices Italian Sourdough Bread
1/2 Cup Pesto
1 Jar Marinara Sauce
1 Teaspoon Fresh Basil, chopped
1 Clove of garlic, minced
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Bag Meatballs
12 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
FOR THE PESTO BUTTER
1/3 Cup Butter, softened
1/4 Cup Pesto

In a deep skillet, over medium heat, add the marinara, fresh basil, garlic and
parmesan cheese.
2.
Add the meatballs and bring to a boil.
3.
Turn the heat to low and place a lid on top. Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
4.
Heat a panini grill to medium high.
